TradingView Remix (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the TradingView Remix Chrome extension and the website at tvremix.xyz. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This is used to create and identify your TradingView Remix account.

Chat messages. Messages you send through the extension’s chat interface are transmitted to our backend server and forwarded to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate responses. We do not permanently store your chat history on our servers.

Subscription & billing data. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your credit card number or payment details. We store your subscription status (active, cancelled, trial) to manage access to the service.

TradingView data. The extension reads chart data (such as symbols, indicators, drawings, and alerts) from TradingView pages running in your browser. This data is processed locally in your browser to fulfill your chat requests. Your TradingView credentials are never sent to our servers.

• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Process your chat messages and return AI-generated responses
• Manage your subscription and free trial
• Send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., billing confirmations via Stripe)
• Improve the quality and reliability of the service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google OAuth — for authentication (name, email, profile picture)
• OpenRouter — for AI model inference (chat messages)
• Stripe — for payment processing (billing details)

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

Account data (email, name, subscription status) is stored in our database. Authentication tokens are stored locally in your browser via Chrome’s synced storage. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and JWT-based authentication for API access.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below and we will process your request within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent and stop using the service at any time

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
